The conference, organised by Public Service Events, explored the financial pressures on the public sector and considered how the delivery of public services will change over the next few years. It examined various outsourcing models (including off-shoring), how to develop and deliver successful outsourcing strategies, and the data security issues for outsourcing, and also provided a legal update. Finally, the conference looked at whether the evidence for outsourcing really stacks up.

As well as inviting delegates to undertake their free survey, Blueline handed out leaflets and had productive conversations with many delegates and suppliers.
