Our consultancy services are broken down into four distinct stages. This lets you monitor how things are progressing. At the end of each stage we give you an estimate of costs and timescales for the next stage. This lets you decide to what extent you want to use our services and how quickly you'd like to proceed. You can take as much time as you need to decide on the way forward – we won’t pressure you.
The four stages are:
Initial Consultation
This is when you share your requirements with us. In return, we give you a short proposal outlining the approach we think is best for you.
Needs Analysis
This is when we carry out a full review of the situation and give you a written report on the way things are. The needs analysis usually involves interviews and consultation with you and your employees, as appropriate.
Recommendations
At the end of this stage, we provide a written proposal clarifying the issues, the objectives that need to be met, the milestones for resolution, any constraints or risks involved and the consequences of continuing with the current situation. We can talk this through with you away from your premises if you’d prefer.
Implementation
We give support and advice in implementing the proposed solution, and we can also take responsibility for managing the delivery or even performing tasks related to the solution.
